Now we’re looking for a copywriter who knows how to write like a human — not to sell hard, but to start conversations that convert.
What You’ll Do
Your job is to craft communication that sounds natural, feels personal, and still drives measurable growth.
You’ll be working across three main areas :
1. Outbound Campaigns
- Write cold email sequences that start real conversations — not sales pitches.
- Craft LinkedIn connection requests, follow-ups, and DMs that build credibility and trust.
- Research each client’s ICP and industry to write personalized outreach messages.
- Collaborate with the strategy team to improve open rates, reply rates, and conversions across campaigns.
2. LinkedIn Authority Building
Write LinkedIn posts for founders and CXOs that reflect their expertise, achievements, and personality.Create content calendars that position clients as thought leaders in their space.Understand tone, audience, and storytelling to make each post authentic — not robotic.Collaborate with design and strategy to align visuals and content tone.3. Growleads Brand & Campaigns
Develop copy for Groleads’ website, case studies, and marketing campaigns.Create lead magnets, landing pages, and nurture emails that convert curiosity into action.Write internal and client-facing communication frameworks for product launches, events, and newsletters.What We Expect
1-3 years of experience in B2B copywriting, cold email marketing, or LinkedIn content writing.Proven experience in writing outbound emails, DMs, or authority-building content.Understanding of buyer psychology, tone, and personalization frameworks.Excellent command of English - clear, simple, and human writing style.Ability to research and adapt tone based on the founder’s voice or brand.Comfortable working with performance metrics (open rates, CTR, engagement).What You’ll Get
