Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyse and associated engineering documentation like P&ID
- Design and implement graph data models to represent equipment, instrumentation, pipelines, and control logic.
- Develop ETL pipelines to convert P&ID data (from PDFs, CAD, or XML formats) into graph structures.
- Collaborate with domain experts to ensure semantic accuracy and contextual relevance of graph relationships.
- Optimize graph queries and performance for industrial-scale datasets.
- Integrate graph database solutions with existing enterprise systems (e.g., CMMS, SCADA, ERP).
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on graph database best practices.
- Document data models, workflows, and conversion methodologies.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in data engineering or software development.Proven experience with graph databases (Neo4j, AWS Neptune, etc.).Strong understanding of P&ID structures, ISA standards, and process engineering concepts.Experience with data extraction from engineering drawings (OCR, CAD parsing, etc.).Proficiency in Cypher, Gremlin, or SPARQL query languages.Familiarity with industrial ontologies and semantic modeling (e.g., ISO 15926, OPC UA).Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Skills :
Experience in Oil & Gas digital transformation projects.Knowledge of Industrial IoT platforms and data integration.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Exposure to AI / ML techniques for diagram interpretation and data enrichment
