Head of Paper Operations

Reports To : Group CEO

Work Place– Ogijo ,Lagos

The CEO will lead the overall operations, strategy, and growth of the Paper business, ensuring profitability, operational excellence, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate is a techno-commercial leader with strong technical knowledge of paper manufacturing and proven commercial acumen. The CEO will drive business development, operational efficiency, cost reduction, safety upliftment ,and all across team performance while aligning with the group’s vision and reporting directly to the Group CEO.

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
• Identify and pursue new markets / Customers, Margin upliftment
• Align factory operations with the group’s overall vision and objectives.
• Managing relationship with all authorities, stakeholders and ensure compliances
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
