Required Skills & Experience

  • 9+ years of experience as a Data Scientist
  • Expertise in Python and Pyspark
  • Experience with various algorithms including, but not limited to : Forecasting, Econometrics, Deep Learning (Neural Networks, CNN) and Curve fitting methods >

Demand Forecasting is most important

  • 1-2 years development role, ML Model implementation, experimentation & related software engineering focused
  • Any exposure to Azure ecosystem : ADF, ADLS, Databricks, Blob, etc.
  • Strong SQL background
  • Any experience with supply chain data domain
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; strong communication and teamwork abilities; ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relate
  • Expertise in CICD

    • Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of IBP (Integrated Business Planning)
  • Understanding of data engineering concepts and tools
  • Industry experience in CPG, F&B, or FMCB

    A Fortune 50 client is looking for a Senior Data Scientist Engineer to come join their team in support of their Integrated Business Planning program. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be working on this client’s large Integration Business Planning program in dealing with supply chain data (demand planning, forecast planning, supply planning, inventory management, capacity planning, etc.) as this client is looking to standardize their IBP process globally. This client is looking for this Senior Data Scientist to analyze data trends and patterns, transform the raw data so it can be used for machine learning algorithms, and assess the accuracy and performance of machine learning models on new data. We are looking for someone who can help with making business recommendations and create solutions for problems that arise are key to success. You will also be working on data engineering areas and supporting analytics for business users as needed. An ideal candidate will have a passion for solving problems and be comfortable working in a smaller team, within a global organization.

    This role can be remote in India or Mexico. If located in India, shift time would be 12 : 00 PM IST to 9 : 00 PM IST. If working in Mexico, shift time preferred would be 6 : 00 am CST to 3 : 00 PM CST.
