About You :

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, proactive self-starter, someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, with sales or brand / product management experience. The candidate will develop brand strategy pitch models / presentations, and support our business development efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for brands, looking to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Research : Identify potential leads through online research, social media, and other digital platforms
Ideating Brand Extension strategy for clients.
Developing and pitching prospects, negotiating commercial terms
Collaboration : Work closely with the team to align business development efforts with overall business goals
Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry
Leading the development of all business plans as well as working with clients to develop and deliver strategic licensing plans

Qualifications :

Education : Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion marketing or a related field

Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail

Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset

Time Management : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
