Job description

7-9 years of programming experience

Five years of Experience defining, designing, and implementing HR and Finance applications with Workday

Strong technical background covering a variety of platforms, databases, and coding languages

Knowledge of Workday implementation tools (Enterprise interface builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and DTS)

Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards)

Have an understanding of Workday's security model and best practices

Comfortable working with third-party solutions on data mapping and integration implementation

Keen problem-solving skills, ability to deal with complex situations and recommend a technical solution

Ability to translate business needs into creative technological solutions

Must be flexible and able to respond to rapid change to meet business needs

Knowledge, to learn new technology and stay abreast of current technical trends

Strong technical Workday skills

Provides expert level IT technical lead services and direction for critical software, middleware, and hardware projects (e.g., applications, networks, communications, and client-server technologies). Provides technical expertise.
