We are looking for an experienced Developer Support Analyst (L3 Application Support) to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling L2 / L3 support tickets , troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth application performance while working closely with cross-functional teams.

• ???? Key Responsibilities :
• Manage and resolve L2 / L3 application support tickets within defined SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis, bug fixes, and provide permanent solutions.
• Support software deployment, QA testing , and release management.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment .
• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
• ???? Technical Skills Required :
• Strong expertise in .NET & C# programming .
• Hands-on experience with SQL queries and database troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud deployments.
• Knowledge of SLA management and incident handling.
