Telecaller / WhatsApp Sales Executive – Men's Wear

Salary : ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Timings : 11 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Qualification : 10th or 12th Pass

Experience : Minimum 6 months in Telecalling / WhatsApp / Telesales preferred

Location : Sector 14, Sonipat, 131001

Job Description :

We are looking for a Telecaller / Sales Executive for our Men's Wear brand to handle WhatsApp inquiries received from Facebook Ads.

The role involves chatting with customers, sharing product details, and closing sales directly through WhatsApp.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle daily WhatsApp inquiries from Facebook and online ads
  • Share product images, details, and prices
  • Follow up with customers to confirm orders
  • Maintain lead records and daily sales updates
  • Coordinate with the team for order dispatch

Requirements :

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
  • Confident and polite while chatting with customers
  • Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business & Facebook leads handling
  • Prior telecalling or telesales experience preferred
