🚀 We’re Hiring – Senior Data Analysts & Data Analytics Lead / Manager

📍 Location : Chennai (Work from Office)

💼 Experience : 4–8 Years

Invictus is expanding its Data Analytics team and we’re looking for talented professionals who are passionate about transforming data into meaningful business insights.

Open Positions

2 Senior Data Analysts (4–6 years experience)
1 Data Analytics Lead / Manager (6–8 years experience)

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain analytical dashboards and business reports.

Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights that drive business performance.

Optimize queries, data models, and dashboards for performance and scalability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and build data-driven decision frameworks.

(For Lead / Manager role) Mentor the analyst team, oversee project delivery, and partner with leadership on analytics strategy and implementation.

Skills We’re Looking For

Strong SQL skills (mandatory)

Hands-on experience with Tableau or other BI tools (Power BI)

Experience with Sigma (preferred for one of the roles)

Strong analytical thinking and data storytelling skills.

Ability to handle large datasets and deliver accurate insights under tight timelines.
