Staff Engineer - C# / .Net

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly experienced and technically hands-on Staff Software Engineer to join our high-performing engineering team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for crafting scalable, high-performance systems and a strong track record of delivering enterprise-grade SaaS or FinTech platforms.

You will act as a senior technical leader and individual contributor, influencing system design, architecture, and implementation across a range of mission-critical projects. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of cloud-native development, event-driven architecture, and modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, architect, and implement highly scalable, secure, and resilient software systems for enterprise SaaS / FinTech applications.
• Lead the development of new features and backend services using Node.js, Java, C#, or .NET frameworks.
• Deliver modern, responsive, and accessible front-end interfaces using Angular, React, or Ember (Angular preferred).
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, implement event-driven systems, and manage messaging queues like Kafka.
• Develop and optimize database schemas and models using SQL and NoSQL technologies.
• Drive cloud-native application development on AWS or GCP, ensuring adherence to best practices in scalability, performance, and security.
• Mentor and guide engineers, perform technical reviews, and ensure code quality across teams.
• Participate in architectural decision-making and design reviews.
• Ensure engineering best practices including CI / CD, unit testing, performance monitoring, and secure development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, DevOps, and QA to deliver high-impact solutions.
