About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Branding Partner to help shape and strengthen the branding of our key projects. In this role, you will work closely with leadership to develop and execute branding strategies that enhance market presence, engage audience, and drive brand consistency across all touchpoints. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic branding professional to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Identity

  • Develop and execute a cohesive branding strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels, marketing materials, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct market research to understand brand positioning, industry trends, and audience insights.

Content & Visual Branding

  • Oversee the development of branded content, visuals, and storytelling initiatives.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to maintain a strong visual and messaging identity.
  • Manage brand assets, including logos, typography, colour schemes, and tone of voice guidelines.

    • Marketing & Digital Presence

  • Support branding efforts across social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Track branding performance through analytics and key performance metrics.

    • Thought Leadership & Brand Growth

  • Identify opportunities for brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations.
  • Stay up to date with branding trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, helping position the brand as an industry leader.

    • What We’re Looking For

  • 2 years of experience in branding, marketing, or brand strategy.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, storytelling, and visual identity.
  • Experience working with designers, content creators, and marketing teams.
  • Proficiency in brand strategy tools, social media platforms, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

    • What We offer

  • An opportunity to work closely with the leadership team.
  • Maximum budget for this role is INR 25.000 per month, depending on experience and availability per month.
