Requirement : INTERIOR DRAFTSMAN

INTERIOR DRAFTING EXPERIENCE IN RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL, INSTITUTIONAL, AND HOSPITALITY PROJECTS.

WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED CVs with Municipal / Liaison / Approval Drawings or infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, etc.) .

Experience : 11–15 years (drafting-focused experience preferred
Location : Mumbai-based candidates only, ideally from South Mumbai or Andheri (W) and nearby areas
Compensation : Salary Range : ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (subject to experience and submission of valid current salary proof)
Note : (i) There will be no Provident Fund, Bonus, or Incentive structure. (ii) The finalised salary will remain fixed for a minimum of two years .

Core Expertise :

Candidates must possess hands-on experience in Interior Design Drafting ,

including preparation of detailed GFC (Good for Construction) drawings , furniture layouts, ceiling layouts, flooring patterns, wall panelling, joinery details, toilet and kitchen details, and other fine interior elements.

The ability to translate design intent into accurate and comprehensive working drawings is essential.

Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity calculations, and coordination between architectural and interior sets will be an added advantage.

Experience should include residential, commercial, institutional, and hospitality projects with both architectural and interior scopes .

Strong AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory.
