Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist based in Gurugram. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, monitoring website performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, optimizing product listings, implementing e-commerce marketing strategies, coordinating with customer service teams, and fostering sales growth through digital platforms. The selected candidate will also handle data analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms and understanding of online retail strategies

Strong Sales skills, with a focus on driving revenue and achieving targets

Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure exceptional user experience

Excellent Analytical Skills for monitoring sales data, market trends, and customer behavior

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively

Experience in Ayurveda-focused industries or wellness sectors is an advantage

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.

Must have graphic design and video editing skills using adobe photoshop, indesign and illustrator
