Regional Sales Head – Hyderabad | Mumbai | Delhi (Multiple Openings)

About the Company

VAHN is a B2B product targeted at truck-owners across India. VAHN is building the mobile-first operating system for Indian trucking and logistics. We unify fuel, FASTag, driver payouts, trip budgets, settlements, and invoicing to give transporters real financial control and operational clarity. We’re growing fast with active fleets across regions and are now hiring Regional Sales Heads to lead expansion in multiple cities including Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Delhi. Founded by Manish Agarwal, who previously led Gati, a major player in logistics, we are an early-stage startup based in Hyderabad.

About the Role

As a Regional Sales Head, you will own revenue and growth for a multi-state territory. You’ll build and lead a high-performance team (3–4 Sales Managers and 6–7 Sales Executives), shape the regional GTM, drive large-fleet acquisition, and scale activation through channel partners. This is a hands-on, field-first role for leaders who can sell, coach, and build.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred (not mandatory if experience is good).

Required Skills

  • Minimum 7 years in B2B sales; experience leading a sales team.
  • Preferred background in logistics / fleet / fintech / SaaS (e.g., OEM truck sales, telematics / VTS, fleet management, NBFC, logistics tech).
  • Strong network across transport hubs and transport associations.
  • Track record of building teams, creating GTM, and closing large accounts (owner-driven SMBs to mid-market fleets).
  • Field-heavy operator —comfortable with 50–70% travel, on-ground demos, and partner development.
  • Data-driven, CRM-disciplined, high ownership, and startup-ready.
