Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI / ML Engineer with a strong background in Python programming and hands-on experience in deploying machine learning and AI solutions at scale. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing intelligent systems that solve real-world business problems across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models using Python and related frameworks.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract insights and drive strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to develop and integrate AI / ML solutions into production systems.
• Optimize and fine-tune ML models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Research and implement the latest algorithms in deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
• Deploy models using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Maintain and improve existing ML pipelines and infrastructure.
• Conduct A / B testing and statistical evaluations of model performance.
• Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented Python code.
• Required Skills & Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI / ML, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI / ML engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, XGBoost , etc.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with data preprocessing , feature engineering , and model evaluation techniques .
• Familiarity with cloud-based ML deployment (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, or Azure ML).
• Experience working with Docker , Kubernetes , and CI / CD pipelines for ML projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
