Remote Revenue Manager

About the Role We’re looking for a data-driven, strategic, and growth-minded Revenue Manager to take charge of our pricing and yield optimization strategy. You’ll play a key role in using data to maximize revenue, identify new market opportunities, and help RivetStays expand across Ontario and beyond. Develop and execute data-driven pricing strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue. &##Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align pricing with promotions and availability. &##Test and refine pricing models through A / B testing and performance analysis. What We’re Looking For ✅ 2+ years in revenue management, ideally in short-term rentals or hospitality. ✅ Strong analytical and Excel / Google Sheets skills. ✅ Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about data and performance optimization. ✅ Experience with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
