We are looking for self driven professionals with a passion for curating cutting-edge content to join the production team of our Conference division as a Conference Producer. As a Conference Producer, you will be at the heart of our event creation process, delivering exceptional business gatherings that shape industries and inspire professionals worldwide.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Research & Analysis – In-depth phone based research of key subject areas and hot topics within the Cloud and data center industry sector. Identifying the target audience and finding out what they want / need to know

Speaker Acquisition – Identifying high-level, influential industry experts and to speak at the conference.

Social Media - Ensuring regular posts in the timeline of Social media to get visibility of the content, editing video content, social media media content and working with marketing team

Copy Writing – Writing promotional copy in the form of a conference programme / agenda, in the language of your target audience. Insuring that all sales-driven materials such as web, direct mail and email copy will maximize delegate attendance

Project Management – Working with all internal teams, sales (delegate and sponsorship), marketing and operations to ensure the success of the conference and that it is delivered on time and in budget

Onsite Attendance – Attending conferences to ensure excellent delivery and smooth running on the day. Often this will include opening your conference. This is an opportunity to represent the company and to network with key players and speakers within the sector. To build relationships and shake hands with the people that helped shape your agenda.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues and departments across the organisation to ensure successful event execution. Together, we will deliver extraordinary experiences.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Exemplary project management and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Ability to work under pressure and produce high-quality work within tight deadlines

Experience in event production, research analysis, or marketing in B2B industries is a plus

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Conference Producer. The Conference Producer will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of conferences, conducting market research, communicating with stakeholders, acquiring speakers, and managing events.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Fluent English : Exceptional command of the English language.

Bachelor's Degree or Higher : A strong educational background to support your intellectual capabilities.
