IAM Engineer - Manager

We are seeking an experienced IAM / IGA Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deploying Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, proven leadership abilities, and significant experience working with international clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead strategic IAM and IGA assessments, roadmap development, and strategy planning to ensure compliance with international regulations and business requirements.
• Oversee configuration, deployment, and integration of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms such as Saviynt, Veza, and other leading technologies, focusing on scalable enterprise solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and consultants, fostering skill development and a collaborative team culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Information Security, IT Operations, and Application Development to achieve seamless IGA and IAM integration and operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain thorough technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
• Assist in incident response and troubleshooting for IGA and IAM systems, driving continuous improvement in security operations.
• Stay current with global best practices, emerging IGA / IAM technologies, and regulatory frameworks relevant to the US and EMEA markets.
