Position Summary : As a Senior Backend Developer at Blossom, you will take a pivotal role in scaling our services to handle tenfold user growth within an aggressive timeline. You will architect and implement backend solutions that ensure scalability, performance, and reliability. This role demands a proactive approach to system expansion, optimization, and strategic foresight in infrastructure planning.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and scaling of high-volume, low-latency backend services to support our growing user base and data throughput.
• Own end-to-end delivery of critical backend initiatives - from design and implementation to production rollout and monitoring.
• Architect robust, scalable systems and improve our microservices framework to enhance performance and facilitate our international expansion plans.
• Ensure system reliability, efficiency, and redundancy, including disaster recovery strategies and data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align backend features with user demands and overall business goals.
• Mentor junior developers and lead by example in coding, process refinement, and architectural decisions.
• Optimize existing systems for maximum speed and scalability through rigorous testing and profiling.
• Spearhead innovations in data security, including enhanced protocols for user data protection and compliance with global standards.
