Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supply Chain Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end process improvements across procurement, inventory, quality, and logistics operations.

About the Role :

This is a critical position that requires strong functional expertise across Supply Chain, Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS / WM / LE). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize logistics processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvements
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
  • Configure and maintain warehouse structures, storage types, and put-away / removal strategies
  • Expertly handle WM Transfer Order, picking, put-away issues, and STO processes
  • Ensure seamless integration between logistics modules (MM-QM-WM-SD-PP)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

Requirements :

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP WM and LE, with a strong understanding of Supply Chain areas and MM
  • Expertise in batch management, inspection lots, and serial number processes
  • SAP Certification in MM, QM, or SCM modules
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • SAP S / 4HANA experience
  • 3PL exposure
