Position The Marketing Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day functioning of the Global Marketing Team, driving efficient processes, cross-team coordination, reporting, and project execution. This is a pivotal operations-focused role that ensures seamless collaboration between marketing, creative, content, and performance teams across our network of institutions. Key Responsibilities - Project & Campaign Coordination : Support the delivery of global marketing campaigns and initiatives by tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.

• Team & Stakeholder Support : Act as a central point of coordination between cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders, ensuring information flow and task follow-through.
• Reporting & Performance Monitoring : Collate data from various teams to support the creation of marketing performance reports and dashboards.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management : Maintain shared folders, ensure campaign materials are archived correctly, and assist with onboarding documentation for new team members. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 4 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or operations Experience with Salesforce is a plus Prior experience in education or a global marketing team is desirable Strong organizational and project coordination skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.G., Asana, Monday.Com) Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Ability to collaborate across global, multicultural teams Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Application If you have interest and have the necessary skills and experience, please submit your CV via the “apply now” section.
