About the Role

Are you curious about how brands scale and grow? Do you enjoy experimenting with campaigns, diving into data, and finding ways to make every rupee spent go further? We’re seeking a Marketing Intern to work closely with our team, setting up and running campaigns, tracking performance, and managing CAC.

What You’ll Do

Run Campaigns – Assist in setting up, launching, and managing campaigns across digital platforms.
Track Metrics – Keep a close eye on CAC, CTR, conversions, and campaign ROI.
Optimize Performance – Work with the growth team to fine-tune campaigns for better outcomes.
Research & Insights – Conduct market / competitor research and bring fresh ideas for growth.
Reporting – Maintain dashboards, prepare campaign reports, and share actionable insights.

What We’re Looking For

This is an In-Office paid internship for 6 months

Background in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field (student or recent grad).

Prior internship in performance marketing is a plus

Strong with numbers and analysis (Excel / Google Sheets)

Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) is preferred.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

A go-getter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Note : The FRND team works 6 days a week, with 1st and 3rd Saturdays being working days.
