What You’ll Do :

  • Take full ownership of your state's solar business— strategy to execution and P&L .
  • Build and lead a high-performing team for residential, commercial & industrial solar projects.
  • Drive P&L, sales, operations, and partnerships for your region.
  • Directly manage cash flow, project pipelines, and bottom-line outcomes.
  • Represent PrimeTower at the forefront of state-level solar expansion .

Who You Are :

  • A senior professional with 5–15 years of direct solar experience (EPC, sales, or strategy).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the hunger to scale fast and own outcomes .
  • Strong industry network and presence within your state or region.
  • A go-getter with exceptional interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.
