Position Summary

We are seeking a Serialization Data Analytics Specialist with strong expertise in SAP ATTP and SAP ABAP to support enterprise-level pharmaceutical serialization initiatives. This role is responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing serialization master data across SAP systems while supporting the Serialization Program Data Manager (SPDM) function.

The ideal candidate will combine technical development skills , advanced data analytics , and regulatory knowledge to ensure data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency across global serialization processes.

Key Responsibilities (in order of importance)

1. Serialization Master Data Management

Oversee the collection, validation, and maintenance of serialization master data in SAP ATTP and related systems
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with global pharmaceutical serialization mandates

2. Data Analytics & Reporting

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Excel, Python, SQL, and Tableau

Support business decision-making and regulatory reporting through actionable insights

3. Technical Solution Development & Automation

Design, implement, and optimize automated data feeds and extraction processes

Develop custom solutions using SAP ABAP and Python to integrate SAP systems with serialization databases

4. System Integration & Support

Collaborate with IT, business, and compliance teams to support integration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement

Ensure smooth data flows and reliable system interfaces across serialization platforms

5. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all data management activities meet regulatory and internal quality standards

Maintain comprehensive documentation and support audit readiness

Skills & Qualification Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP programming , especially for SAP ATTP

Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation

Experience with SQL / database development and automated reporting

Expertise in SAP ATTP and serialization master data management

Familiarity with pharmaceutical serialization regulations and global compliance mandates

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
