The Business and Process Analyst for AI Products acts as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that analyze current-state business processes to uncover opportunities for semantic enrichment and metadata-driven optimization, maintaining comprehensive documentation to support transparency and continuous improvement. Collaboration with data stewards and governance teams ensures alignment with enterprise standards, while support for conceptual and logical data models guarantees relevance to analytics and product goals.

The analyst identifies and suggests AI solution areas by validating business problems, assessing data availability, and evaluating feasibility through frameworks such as the AI Operating Model and lifecycle stages from ideation to scale.

About The Role

Stakeholder Communication & Requirement Gathering

• Engage with cross-functional teams including product, AI / ML, engineering, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize use cases.
• Drive discovery sessions to map data workflows and identify metadata, ontology, and data modeling needs.
• Capture user feedback and process gaps to iteratively refine data semantics and metadata strategies.

Qualification & Work Experience

BE / B. Tech or equivalent degree with relevant experience of 2-3 years in Business and process analyst.
