Job Title : Director – Placement

Location : Bahra University, Shimla (Waknaghat Campus)

About the Role

Bahra University is looking for a dynamic and visionary professional to lead its Training & Placement Cell . The Director – Placement will be responsible for building strong industry linkages, driving campus recruitment, and preparing students for successful careers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & execute placement strategies to maximize student employability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates & recruiters.
  • Organize placement drives, internships, and career events.
  • Conduct training sessions on soft skills, resume building, and interview readiness.
  • Collaborate with alumni and industry experts to create opportunities.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in management / HR or related field.
  • 10–15 years of proven experience in placements / corporate relations.
  • Strong industry network & leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
