As a full-time Financial Controller based in Kerala, this role involves overseeing the preparation of financial statements, managing accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and conducting thorough financial analysis. You will develop and implement effective financial strategies, collaborate with internal teams for budget planning, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Providing strategic financial insights to support organizational decision-making is also a key responsibility.

• Possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) degree
• Show proficiency in financial statement preparation, financial reporting, and accounting practices
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and finance knowledge
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Display ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the healthcare industry is beneficial
