• This position requires a strong understanding of quality management systems and standards such as ISO 9001 and AS9100.
• The successful candidate will have excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems are essential.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Supplier Onboarding : Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, ensuring they meet our quality and compliance standards.
• Contract and Agreement Management : Negotiate and formalize supplier agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), to protect company interests.
• Supplier Evaluation and Quality Assurance : Assess supplier capabilities, certifications, and performance to ensure alignment with aerospace industry standards.
• Compliance Verification : Ensure suppliers match regulatory requirements and provide materials that meet space-grade specifications.
• Performance Monitoring : Regularly review supplier performance metrics, addressing any issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and procurement teams to align supplier capabilities with project needs.
