Senior Technical Program Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Technology Leadership : Continuously watch and learn from industry best practices around Cloud & Connectivity. Identify and integrate the best tools, platforms, and practices for developing applications and platforms for complex IoT use cases of Connected Car.
• Product Management : Guide team members to adopt a customer-centric approach and define metrics for data-driven development. Coordinate closely with global product owners and stakeholders to ensure successful product adoption.
• Program Management : Implement agile practices at scale (e.g., SAFe) to define program increments, synchronization, and cadence for delivering best-in-class software. Act as an agile coach and mentor the team on best practices.
• People Development : Focus on the continuous development of team members through technical training, new software development practices, team building, and working in an international context. Anchor a positive team culture and provide continuous feedback and coaching.
• Operational Excellence : Ensure adherence to organizational standards and manage operational topics relevant to the organizational context.
