💼 What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a pan-India sales and distribution strategy across General Trade, Modern Trade, HORECA, and E-commerce.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, super-stockists, and retail partners in priority states (Maharashtra, Delhi-NCR, Karnataka, Gujarat, and Tamil Nadu).
  • Drive monthly and quarterly sales volume and revenue targets with clear performance metrics.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a growing regional sales team to achieve expansion goals.
  • Work closely with marketing for trade promotions, sampling drives, and visibility campaigns.
  • Monitor trade spends, pricing strategy, and product margins to ensure profitability.
  • Coordinate with operations and finance for forecasting, logistics, and credit management.
  • Track market trends, consumer insights, and competitor movements to adapt strategy dynamically.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

  • 7–12 years of FMCG or beverage industry experience (carbonated drinks, juices, or functional beverages preferred).
  • Proven record of building distribution networks and achieving strong sales growth.
  • Deep understanding of Indian retail, trade channels, and distributor ecosystems.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — willing to roll up sleeves and build from the ground up.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Open to travel extensively across India.
  • 💰 Compensation & Benefits

  • CTC Range : ₹18 – ₹28 LPA (based on experience and performance).
  • Performance Incentives : up to 15% of annual CTC.
