• Create engaging posts, reels, and stories across platforms
• Know exactly what grabs attention in the first 2–3 seconds
• Experiment with trends, storytelling & formats from scratch (not just follow a process)
• Explore & use new-age tools (AI, content creation tools) to speed up work
• Handle collaborations with social media content creators & influencers
• Jump in front of the camera confidently and communicate with ease
• Use editing skills & tools with an eye for graphics, color combinations, and refined content design
