Location : Mumbai (Hybrid 3 days office, 2 days remote).

About the Role

We are looking for skilled technology professionals across Cloud Infrastructure, Java Full Stack, and .NET Full Stack development who are passionate about building scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.

This role requires proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1 / N2 / N3) to effectively collaborate with Japanese clients, interpret documentation, and engage with global stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects with global exposure, combining modern tech stacks with cross-cultural collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and cloud infrastructure.
Work across Java / .NET full stack development, cloud-native solutions, APIs, and microservices.
Build and manage CI / CD pipelines, DevOps automation, and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Implement infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates).
Collaborate with global teams and translate / interpret Japanese documentation and requirements.
Ensure security, performance optimization, and compliance in cloud environments.
Deliver high-quality solutions within timelines using Agile / Scrum practices.

Required Skills :

6+ years of experience in one or more areas :

Cloud Infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP, IaC, automation, DevOps).

Java Full Stack (Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Angular / React).

NET Full Stack (C#,.

Hands-on with CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).

Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud-native development.

Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT N1 / N2 / N3 N2+ strongly preferred).

Good to Have :

Certifications : AWS / Azure / GCP (Solutions Architect, Admin, Engineer).

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, containerization.

Prior experience with Japanese enterprises or global clients.
