Meeting Scheduler Specialist

About the Position

We're seeking Meeting Schedulers to arrange qualified sales appointments for our internal Sales Team on premium B2C / B2B offers. You'll work warm leads provided by us, follow a clear qualification checklist, and maintain our CRM database up to date.

This is a single-level sales role focused on booking meetings—no recruiting, no fees, no selling of memberships.

• Make targeted outbound calls to warm leads; handle inbound callbacks and email follow-ups
• Qualify prospects (need, timeline, ability to purchase) and book them on the Sales Team's calendar
• Use company scripts professionally; personalize where appropriate
• Maintain 100% CRM hygiene and submit brief end-of-day reports
• Coordinate with the Scheduler Lead to improve meeting rates and lead quality
