Subject Matter Expert - Repair Optimization & Compliance

Job Description :

The purpose of this position is to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the "Repair Optimization & Compliance" value stream, providing critical expertise to support solution design during the pre-sales phase. This role is responsible for evaluating technical feasibility and developing robust, scalable solutions specifically tailored to meet the needs of the automotive sector.

Solution Design (Pre-Sales) : Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to design scalable and sustainable solutions before the sales process.

Technical Feasibility : evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed solutions, identifying constraints, risks, and opportunities.

Solution Definition : translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, ensuring alignment with compliance and operational standards.

Stakeholder Engagement : work closely with regional and global teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into existing processes.

Continuous Improvement : monitor solution performance and propose enhancements based on operational data and feedback.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related fields

Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive sector, preferably in repair optimization or compliance

Proven experience in international and multicultural environments

Strong analytical skills and ability to model complex solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.

Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
