Head of Finance

JOB DETAILS :

• Handling Finance & Accounts function of Adamas Tech for Indian entity along with Foreign entities.
• Closing of Accounts for all the above entities in coordination with Auditors.
• Processing various payment, including Foreign currency transaction.
• Compliance job related to manpower.
• Checking Payroll prepared by HR & Payroll dept. and booking of expenses correctly.
• Ensuring proper & timely booking of expenses on accrual basis.
• Preparing annual Budget for the company in coordination with the other stake holders.
• Handling GST return, payments & Audit.
• Preparing various MIS pertaining to Monthly financial, Sales forecasting etc.
• Handling implementation of New software.
