Key Responsibilities : ⚙️

• Set up and operate CNC Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) CNC Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) and Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC).
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure components meet exact specifications.
• Handle CNC programs and make necessary offset adjustments to achieve tight tolerances.
• Conduct in-process quality inspections using precision measuring tools (Vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Perform routine machine maintenance and adhere to all safety standards.
