Job descriptionShould have knowledge on basics of heat treatment, steel making, Al forging, steel forging, anodizing & welding Must have hands-on experience in the handling of test equipment - Rockwell, tensile, Brinell, & microscopy (especially particle count) Hands-on experience in metallography Must have hands-on exposure in micro analysis, grain analysis, inclusion, report making & customer interaction. Interpretation of standards ISO, ASTM, DIN, VDA & EN Should have adequate knowledge on IMDS, REACH, ELV & SOC Should have worked in automotive exposure, able to establish & align to the requirement of IATF 16949 Fair knowledge on interpretation of engineering drawing, control plan, FMEA & PPAP Laboratory management as per ISO 17025 (Optional) Should be able to establish the forging & heat treatment process in reference to the customer requirements
