placing qualified legal professionals in permanent roles. You’ll play a critical role in
supporting our end-to-end recruitment process—from understanding client needs to candidate
onboarding.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent), BBALLB, BALLB
Experience : 0-2 Years
Job Location : Phase 8 Industrial Area, Mohali, Punjab
Shift : Night Shift (US Shift)
Timings : 8 : 00 PM to 5 : 00 AM
Interview : F2F

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent) is mandatory.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to write clear, professional documents (e.g., job descriptions, emails,
candidate summaries).
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for legal roles including paralegals, legal associates,
compliance professionals, and contract attorneys.
Draft compelling job descriptions and candidate presentations.
Conduct interviews to assess legal knowledge, communication skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand role requirements and
provide candidate updates.
Provide excellent candidate experience and build long-term professional relationships.
Assist with offer negotiation and onboarding support.
