Specialist (Onboarding)

We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist (Onboarding) to join our team.

The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the entire onboarding process

for new employees. They will work closely with HR, managers, and other departments to

ensure a seamless and positive experience for all new hires. The Onboarding Specialist will

develop and implement effective onboarding strategies that will help new employees quickly

integrate into the company culture and meet performance expectations.

Minimum bachelor’s degree from a UGC / AICTE accredited university

1-3 years of work-experience in a recruitment or HR staffing firm. (pref. into HR

Operations role)

Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and onboarding.

Ability to execute actions under a complex and pressured environment.

Passion for results, client-satisfaction and success of overall project.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Mindset

Excellent Communication (both verbal and written)

Highly proficient skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email applications

Skill in independently prioritizing, planning, coordinating, organizing, leading, and

monitoring multiple onboardings.

Knowledge of different time zones across the globe - specially US, Europe &

Singapore.
