Role Overview
As an Ad Sales Manager , you will be responsible for :
- Building and managing relationships with advertisers and agencies.
- Driving ad revenue growth through direct sales and partnerships.
- Educating businesses about the benefits of advertising on AdTip.
- Closing deals, negotiating rates, and ensuring client success.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and onboard advertisers across industries (e-commerce, FMCG, local businesses, startups, agencies, etc.).Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly ad revenue targets.Pitch AdTip as an innovative alternative to platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.Work closely with marketing and product teams to create attractive ad packages.Build long-term relationships with advertisers and media agencies.Prepare proposals, presentations, and case studies for potential clients.Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and ad campaign outcomes.Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to expand reach.Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).3–6 years of experience in digital ad sales, media buying, or business development .Strong network of brand and agency contacts.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Knowledge of digital advertising platforms, programmatic ads, and media planning.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a startup environment.What We Offer
