Apriso MES (Architect) ( Full-time at a Fortune 500 tech MNC )

Job Description : Responsibilities :

• Solution Design : Analyze business requirements and design MES solutions that optimize production processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Configuration and Customization : Configure and customize Apriso MES software modules to meet specific client needs, including defining workflows, data models, and user interfaces.
• Technical Leadership : Lead development teams by providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices. Oversee software development, testing, and deployment.
• Integration : Integrate Apriso MES solutions with other enterprise systems such as ERP, SCADA, and PLCs to create a unified manufacturing ecosystem.
• Performance Optimization : Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize processes for efficiency.
• Documentation : Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, functional specifications, and user manuals.

Experience & Skills :

7. Minimum 4 years of experience in MES solution design and implementation based on Apriso.

8. Strong solution design expertise.

9. Experience with MES support, upgrades, and implementation of Apriso-based MES (minimum 2 upgrades / migrations).

10. Good knowledge of manufacturing domains such as Aerospace, IM, CPG, Automotive , etc.

11. Hands-on experience in Apriso Production (4–5 years).

12. Experience with Apriso Process Builder, Machine Integrator, Archiving, Business Integrator (4–5 years).

13. Experience with Apriso Maintenance (2–3 years).

14. Experience with Apriso Warehouse (4–5 years).

15. Experience with Apriso Quality (4–5 years).

16. Experience with Apriso Time & Labor (3 years).

17. Knowledge of Apriso Dashboard and MPI is an added advantage.

18. Proficient in JavaScript, C#.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and Oracle .

19. Strong understanding of SDLC phases and Agile processes .

20. Excellent communication and leadership skills , capable of managing teams and coordinating with end-users.
