Overview

We are seeking an Art Director with 8+ years of experience in advertising, branding, and campaign design. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a strong visual thinker, and someone who thrives without constant supervision. You’ll lead the creative development of integrated campaigns across print, digital, and social media design, ensuring ideas are not only look good but are also strategically effective.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and execute advertising campaigns for print and digital, including social media design.

Develop and deliver brand identities and creative concepts across multiple platforms.

Be hands-on with AI tools (MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to create high-quality visuals.

Bring a holistic campaign approach to every project.

Deliver polished, campaign-ready assets that meet creative and strategic goals.

Work closely with copywriters and account teams to build impactful campaigns.

Present and sell ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders.

Operate independently, take ownership of projects, and maintain brand consistency.

Provide creative direction to junior designers when required, while staying hands-on.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in a design / advertising agency environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or Advertising.

Strong portfolio showcasing integrated advertising campaigns and brand identity work.

Fluent in written and spoken English

Proven ability to sell ideas and translate briefs into powerful creative solutions.

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as MidJourney and Adobe Firefly.

Bonus Skill

Knowledge of motion tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.

Familiarity with 3D design software or interactive media.

Experience in performance-driven creative (digital / social ads with measurable results).

Strong understanding of consumer insights, branding trends, and AI-driven workflows.
