Job descriptionBuild and maintain powerful workflows using Zapier , n8n , or Make Automate lead capture, CRM updates, notifications, emails, and reports Integrate tools like Webflow, Typeform, Notion, Airtable, Slack, Google Sheets Implement webhooks, custom API connections, and dynamic automation logic Troubleshoot and maintain scalable automation infrastructure Research and implement the latest growth hacking strategies Build dashboards and tracking for campaign performance Contribute to landing page CRO and lead nurturing workflows Identify underused channels and growth opportunities 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing & growth hacking Strong hands-on experience with Zapier , n8n , and web automation Deep understanding of funnels, metrics, customer psychology Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) Strong copywriting and campaign execution skills Data-driven and experiment-oriented mindset Experience with HTML / CSS / JavaScript for customizing automations Familiarity with tools like Make, Airtable, Retool, Webflow Experience in a startup or SaaS environment Previous work with performance marketing (Meta, Google Ads, ) Work directly with founders & product teams High ownership and opportunity to drive real revenue Remote-first flexibility and modern stack Fast-paced, learning-rich environment Chance to be part of a mission-driven company

Compensation :
50,000–₹80,000 per month (depending on experience)

Role Overview :
We’re looking for a growth-obsessed digital marketer who is also a no-code automation expert . You will lead digital campaigns across multiple channels, design and execute growth experiments, and build scalable automation workflows using tools like Zapier, n8n, Make (Integromat), Airtable, etc.Key
Responsibilities :
Growth & Digital Marketing :
- Plan and execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns (paid & organic)
- Drive traffic, signups, and MQLs through SEO, SEM, email, social, and landing pages
- Rapidly run growth experiments (A / B testing, viral loops, landing pages)
- Use analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, etc.) to track and optimize funnel performance
- Optimize CAC, ROAS, and user LTV
