Job description & Summary :

Objective :

The objective is to strengthen CCI brand by strategically leveraging social media platforms to attract and engage talent. This position will focus on showcasing our work culture, highlighting new opportunities, spotlighting accomplishments, and promoting external leadership engagements through compelling, timely, and impactful social media communication.

Key Responsibilities :

The social media branding specialist will :

  • Collaborate with the HR team and leaders to create engaging posts about work culture highlights, new job opportunities, external leadership engagements and thought leadership, key firm updates, and events.
  • Collaborate with the U.S. social media team to ensure that all posts adhere to the firm’s social media guidelines.
  • Support with the content creation and design of creatives for internal posts
  • Monitor trends and analyze metrics to optimize social media engagement and effectiveness.
