About Role

We are seeking a highly skilled User Interface (UI) Designer with extensive experience in designing web-based enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for complex systems. This role requires expertise in conducting client meetings and leading design sessions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Excellence : Create and deliver high-quality UI designs for web-based enterprise applications, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with client requirements.
• Client Interaction : Conduct client meetings to gather requirements, present design concepts, and receive feedback. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into effective design solutions.
• Lead Design Sessions : Facilitate and lead design sessions, including brainstorming workshops, wireframing sessions, and design reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless design process.
• User Research : Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. Use feedback to iterate and improve UI designs.
• Prototyping : Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively. Utilize tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals. Provide guidance and support to junior designers.
• Industry Best Practices : Stay updated with the latest UI design trends, techniques, and technologies. Apply best practices and innovative design approaches to deliver outstanding user experiences.
• Documentation : Prepare and maintain detailed design documentation, including style guides, design specifications, and interaction guidelines.
