Creditsin is India’s upcoming zero-investment referral marketplace for credit cards, loans, and real estate, under Navavista Technology Ventures Pvt Ltd. We aim to reach
12 lakh users in the first year , with a strong focus on
Tier 2–3 inclusion
and a
dual-payout system
for both referrers and customers.
Responsibilities
Market Research & Strategy :
Analyze fintech competitors and define positioning.
User Acquisition :
Drive app installs via organic + paid channels (blogs, influencers, WhatsApp, UGC creators).
Referral Program Scaling :
Optimize referral mechanics, gamification, and incentives.
Community Building :
Onboard student / homemaker / micro-influencer networks.
Product GTM Alignment :
Work with dev team to ensure features (referral, payout tracker, notifications) match user expectations.
ASO & App Store Launch :
Manage keywords, descriptions, screenshots, ratings, and reviews.
Campaign Management :
Execute launch campaigns, UGC challenges, referral contests.
Analytics :
Build dashboards (Firebase, Apptrove, Branch.io) and report weekly KPIs.
Partner Sync :
Coordinate with banks / NBFCs on joint GTM assets and co-branded campaigns.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in GTM, growth marketing, or fintech product launches.
Strong understanding of
referral / affiliate models
and
fintech ecosystem .
Hands-on with
Firebase, Branch.io, ASO tools, WhatsApp automation .
Experience in building
early user growth playbooks (0 → 1 lakh downloads) .
Excellent project management and cross-team collaboration skills.
Hustler mindset : willing to experiment, learn fast, and scale rapidly.
Nice-to-Have
Prior experience in
fintech lending / credit cards / DSA distribution .
Exposure to
community / influencer marketing at scale .
Understanding of
compliance requirements (RBI / NBFC guidelines) .
Engagement Model
Duration :
3–6 months (extendable based on performance).
Compensation :
Fixed stipend (₹50k–₹75k / month depending on experience) +
performance bonus linked to installs & referral activity .
Deliverables :
30k–50k installs in first 60 days.
Active referral community (min. 2k–3k referrers onboarded).
Daily / weekly KPI dashboard reporting.
