Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare basic food items for menu requested by supervisor, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
 - Possess advanced knife handling skills, demonstrating precision and safety at all times.
 - Work in any kitchen section, adapting to changing priorities and workload demands.
 - Have good food knowledge and culinary terms understanding, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques.
 - Read, understand, follow and prepare company recipes, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
 - Effectively complete tasks, work efficiently and productively, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
 - Follow Public Health standards within section, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
 - Maintain assigned area for inspections, upholding high standards of cleanliness and organization.
 - Report for duty at assigned times, follow supervisor's instructions, and maintain personal appearance, embodying the values of professionalism and respect.
 
Financial Responsibilities :
Contain costs through proper use of records, supplies, and equipment, implementing cost-saving measures where possible.Motivational Responsibilities :

Minimum 4 years experience in upscale hotel, resort, or cruise ship with at least 2 years as Line Cook, honing your skills and expertise.Culinary school degree required, demonstrating a solid foundation in culinary arts and techniques.Strong management skills in multicultural environment, showcasing adaptability and leadership potential.Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and people skills, enabling effective collaboration and conflict resolution.Superior customer service, teambuilding, and conflict resolution skills, consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences.Knowledge of personalized services principles, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs and preferences.Intermediate computer software skills required, proficient in commonly used kitchen software and systems.Good understanding of basic accounting principles, ensuring accurate record-keeping and financial management.Ability to write reports and business correspondence, effectively communicating with colleagues and stakeholders.
