About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to design, implement, and oversee scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on technical expertise along with excellent client-handling skills. This is a remote contractual / freelance role , however, candidates are required to attend the initial Knowledge Transfer (KT) session at our Bangalore office .

Note : Travel and accommodation expenses for candidates coming from outside Bangalore will be fully covered by the company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end architecture design and technical implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Translate business requirements into robust, secure, and high-performing technical designs .
• Define and implement Salesforce best practices for development, integration, and deployment.
• Guide development teams on Apex, Aura, LWC , and integration frameworks.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and propose optimal technical solutions.
• Ensure system scalability, maintainability, and compliance with Salesforce standards.
• Manage third-party integrations and data migrations across Salesforce environments.
• Conduct technical reviews, performance optimization, and solution documentation.
