Schedule : U.S. Central Time Zone (CST) overlap at least 3 out of 5 weekdays – typically 6 : 00 PM – 1 : 30 AM IST

Your Core Responsibilities
1️⃣ Executive Business Partner
- Own and orchestrate the Founder’s calendar, meetings, and communication flow across U.S. + India time zones.
- Filter inbound requests, prioritize what truly matters, and keep the Founder operating at peak velocity.
- Prepare meeting briefs, client recaps, and follow-up actions; ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Coordinate travel, podcasts, and speaking engagements — end-to-end.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality and polish in all written and verbal communication.
2️⃣ Project Coordination (U.S. Time Zone Execution)
Manage short-cycle client and internal projects — tracking deliverables, timelines, and ownership in Notion / Asana.Run point between design, analytics, and automation teams to keep initiatives moving while the Founder sleeps.Consolidate weekly project dashboards and action trackers for client programs.Document outcomes and close-loop every commitment.3️⃣ Business Operations Support
Maintain CRM hygiene : update deals, notes, next steps.Support recruiting, vendor onboarding, and basic finance coordination.Build and refine SOPs, process templates, and reporting dashboards.Prepare Monday / Friday summary decks : progress, blockers, wins.4️⃣ Branding & Communications
Support Founder’s thought-leadership engine — manage content calendar, coordinate design / video assets, and track engagement metrics.Liaise with podcast hosts, media partners, and association contacts for scheduling.What You’ll Need to Succeed
4 – 7 years supporting senior leadership (CXO / Partner level) in a consulting or enterprise environment — Gartner, EY, BCG, McKinsey, Accenture, or equivalent.Exceptional written & verbal English — crisp, confident, and client-facing.Comfort with digital-first workflowsHigh discretion, relentless follow-through, and bias for action.Ability to overlap with U.S. Central Time Zone at least 3 days / week (remaining days flexible for India hours).A builder’s mindset — proactive, resourceful, and excited to wear multiple hats.What’s in It for You
