Salesforce Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and Salesforce technical solutions, driving successful platform adoption and implementation.

Preferred : Immediate Notice Period.

Core Competencies and Skills :

• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionalities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend Salesforce-based solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Requirements Gathering & Documentation, Proficiency in eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements through workshops, interviews, and use cases.
• Salesforce configuration skills such as creating workflows, approval processes, custom objects, and reports / dashboards.
• Familiarity with data management, primary Salesforce tools, and the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Critical thinking in analyzing requirements and proposing scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or Confluence, and ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and assist with project planning, testing, training, and deployment phases.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to maximize platform utilization.
